Our AI is specifically trained with trauma-informed principles. It never pushes, judges, or minimizes your experience. It listens, offers resources, and gently guides you toward professional help when appropriate. All messages are encrypted and never stored without your explicit consent.
Yes. The AI is a first point of contact, but you can always request a session with a licensed psychologist or lawyer directly. Guardian plan members also have access to 24/7 on-call human crisis counselors. You are always in control of who you speak to and when.
The Signal Help button lets you send a pre-configured emergency alert to trusted contacts and — if you choose — local emergency services. You set up your contacts in advance. In a dangerous moment, one tap is all it takes. The alert can include your location and a custom message.
The core features — AI assistant, community access, and orientation — are completely free. Legal and psychological consultations are available at accessible rates. Our Protect and Guardian plans unlock priority access, discounted consultations, and personalised case follow-up. We believe no one should be denied support due to financial barriers.
The community uses AI content filtering combined with human moderators. Harmful, judgmental, or re-traumatizing content is automatically flagged and removed. Members can also report posts. Our policy is zero tolerance for victim-blaming or hateful language.
